[Everywhere I turn, I see folks encouraging all and sundry to vote. That is not a good idea. If one has not put in the effort to ponder the issues, and select a position on ballot measures, or to select a candidate one should not be voting. In one way voting is the culmination of a process. In another, it is merely the beginning. Your duty does not end after casting a ballot. Reducing our civic responsibilities to merely voting does a grand disservice to everyone.]
