Forest Grove Police Log excerpt, 9 August 2018

This week's selection from the log of local police activity brings us a story of an amateur detective and police enthusiast.

August 1* A caller reported that a woman sitting in her vehicle in a restaurant parking lot was acting erratically and, based on the caller's extensive viewing of the show "COPS," appeared to be on drugs. Officers located the driver, who showed no signs of impairment and said she was just tired from a long drive.

It is nice that we have some folks around that can do the police's jobs for them. (Said with tongue firmly in cheek.) It would just be nice if they were either better at that job, or would, better yet, just keep their nose in their own business.
