Throwback Thursday: Blacksmithing I Guess

I presume that this is a depiction of blacksmithing. Mostly because I can't think of anything else it could be. I've seen blacksmiths at work before, and I have never seen one work from a seated position, nor have they used two hammers simultaneously. The garb is a bit odd too. I guess things were done differently then.
