Forest Grove Police Log excerpt, 16 May 2019

The selection from the log of local police activity for this week is hard to sum up.

May 4
A caller reported that a neighbor was attempting to spray paint a fire lane along their shared driveway area, understandably causing tension between all parties involved. Officers contacted the painter who admitted that he had no legal authority to apply paint or create fire lanes, and was estimated to have caused more than $1000 in damage. The investigation is ongoing.

That amount of damage seems excessive. But I'm sure it's possible.
