Forest Grove Police Log excerpt, 13 February 2019

The selection from the log of local police activity for this week is about poor decision making.

February 5

• A caller reported that a vehicle hit their car and drove off. Officers located the driver nearby who stated they drove off so they could turn around and return to the scene; she was issued several citations.

 I don't know what it takes to decide this is the best course of action, but I assume that the individual in question has a history of poor decision making.
