While the weather was good today, and I had an idea I wanted to try. When the light was good, I had other responsibilities that took precedence. So, I went back to my lights, and my wife's collection of minerals.

This piece of Polish flint has a large cut and polished surface. That and the position of my lights gives the specular highlight you can see to the right of the center of the top of the piece. I will need to practice with my lights more so that I can adequately light the piece and avoid the blown highlight.
