A caller reported their neighbors were rearranging furniture in the middle of the night. Police contacted the neighbors who had just moved in, but advised they were done for the night.
I don't know how you could miss that your neighbors had just moved in, or would choose to call the police rather than talk to your neighbors. Who thinks like that? Certainly not I. But I am well aware that I am atypical.
