January 30If you've given out the password to your email account and things start going wrong with it (or even if you haven't) your first step should be to change to password. I know it stinks to change it, and you'll have to train yourself to use the new password, but account security is up to you. You don't need to involve the police.
A caller reported that someone had deleted emails from his account. A quick investigation revealed the perpetrator to be his ex-girlfriend whom he had given the password to. He was advised to change the password.
