The year keeps going, and so shall I.
I took a little walk with the family tonight. The pup is a bit spoiled on these, and constantly wants to stop to look at something, dig in someone's yard, or pick up a stick. Or he wants to be held. It is a bit frustrating when part of the point is that he'll get a bit worn out from the walk.

This is a bit different from my usual oeuvre. I liked how the light was coming through the petals of this iris. Not entirely how I envisioned it, but I like it regardless.

I liked the way this dahlia was receiving the light as well. I struggled to keep my shadow from obscuring it. I didn't entirely succeed, as you can see to the upper left petals.

This stand of calla lilies was interesting to me.
