Forest Grove Police Log excerpt, 1 April 2020

The selection from the log of local police activity this week is a theft committed with cold-hearted execution. Or at least cold-stomached.
March 25
A convenience store reported a man left the location with ice cream he neglected to pay for. An officer located a man matching the description down the street; the man admitted to the theft after officers retrieved the empty packaging. He was issued a citation for Theft.
It must have been something easily consumable, and not a half gallon container of chocolate. But I'm glad the situation was quickly resolved.
