With my wife at home to watch the kids, The babydoll sleeping, and dinner simmering on the stove, I was able to go out for a walk. A good long one too.

I really liked the way these water droplets looked on the leaves. I may end up using this image as a background.

This is a magnolia fruit. I don't know anything else about it. Before today I hadn't ever noticed it or anything like it.

A strawberry blossom. I don't know why it is flowering now. But it caught my eye.

This is another that caught my eye. I don't know what this is either. The long shutter speed made me nervous, and I tried a few other ISO settings to speed up the shutter. Ultimately, this is the one I liked best.

These red flowers were quite striking as well.

I hadn't seen daisies with this particular coloration before. I thought they were pretty.

The water droplet was interesting, but didn't show up in the image in the way that I would have liked.
