I took a little walk this afternoon. The house was a little hot, and outside was much more pleasant than sitting and sweltering.

These succulent blossoms are quite vivid. Not quite as striking as the yellow and red ones I photographed a few weeks ago, but still striking.

I don't know what this is, but the leaves and buds look similar to things I know are daisies.

This scene was inviting to me. I probably should have stepped up a ways or zoomed in to get closer to the rocking chair. I might take another shot at this scene later.
