March 11I could definitely see myself making that call. I don't know how you could be doing that without already knowing it though. That seems more like an excuse to me.
A caller reported a man possibly exposing himself along 19th Avenue. Officers found the man was experiencing a wardrobe malfunction revealing his backside. He fixed his trousers and moved along.
