February 27Who carries a hatchet around on their belt? I could understand it on a camping trip. Possibly on a hike, but probably not. But just as a carry around piece? I'm baffled.
A citizen flagged down an officer to report a suspicious looking man had carried a machete into a nearby business. Officers located the man who had a small sheathed hatchet on his belt and was just visiting his friend the business owner.
